Workplace investigations
External workplace investigations are vital because they provide organisations with an independent, unbiased mechanism for examining complex or sensitive matters such as misconduct, bullying, WHS incidents, or integrity concerns.
Cosaint Resolutions brings professional distance, specialised expertise, and procedural rigour that strengthens the credibility of findings and reduces the risk of perceived or actual conflicts of interest.
This independence enhances trust among employees, stakeholders, and regulators, demonstrating that the organisation is committed to transparency, fairness, and accountability.
The benefits include more defensible decision‑making, improved organisational culture, early identification of systemic risks, and strengthened compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
Ultimately, Cosaint Resolutions help organisations protect their people, reputation, and operational integrity while reinforcing a culture of ethical conduct.
Security consultancy
Cosaint Resolutions gives organisations a level of protection, assurance, and strategic clarity that is very difficult to achieve internally—especially when staff safety
We provide objective assessments of physical, procedural, and behavioural risks without the blind spots that can arise from internal familiarity or organisational politics. This includes contemporary threat‑intelligence, industry benchmarks, and specialised expertise in areas such as hostile‑behaviour risk, access‑control design, emergency management, and critical‑asset protection.
An external perspective strengthens an organisation’s ability to identify vulnerabilities early, implement proportionate controls, and meet regulatory obligations across WHS, security, and governance domains.
For staff, the benefit is a safer, more predictable working environment supported by evidence‑based controls and clearer behavioural expectations.
For critical infrastructure, effective consultancy enhances resilience, reduces the likelihood and impact of security breaches, and ensures that protective measures align with modern threat environments.
Ultimately, organisations gain stronger risk posture, improved stakeholder confidence, and a defensible, professional approach to safeguarding people and assets.
Managing workplace violence
Assessing the threat of workplace violence and aggression is essential in the current Australian security environment because organisations are facing increasing psychosocial risks, more frequent customer‑initiated aggression, and heightened expectations under WHS legislation to proactively manage these hazards.
Safe Work Australia identifies workplace violence and aggression as a significant contributor to psychological harm, operational disruption, and staff turnover, and emphasises that PCBUs must identify hazards, assess risks, and implement controls—including training—to meet their WHS duties .
Conducting a structured threat assessment allows organisations to understand the specific behavioural, environmental, and situational factors that elevate risk, particularly in frontline, health, emergency services, transport, retail, and critical‑infrastructure settings.
The benefits include earlier detection of emerging behavioural risks, stronger protective measures for staff, reduced incident severity, and improved organisational resilience.
Training—such as de‑escalation, situational awareness, and behavioural‑risk recognition—provides staff with practical skills to manage aggression safely, reduces psychological injury, and supports compliance with WHS obligations to provide a safe working environment.
Ultimately, organisations gain a more confident workforce, fewer critical incidents, and a defensible, proactive approach to managing modern security threats.

Safety and Security Incident Response
External support for safety and security incident management and investigations gives organisations a level of independence, capability and assurance that is difficult to achieve internally.
Cosaint Resolutions specialists bring objective insight, free from internal pressures or emotional attachment, which strengthens decision‑making during high‑stress incidents and reduces the risk of bias or oversight.
We also provide access to deep, contemporary expertise across incident response, WHS compliance, threat assessment, and root‑cause analysis—skills that many organisations cannot maintain in‑house at the required level.
External support can orchestrate resources more effectively, benchmark performance against industry standards, and identify gaps that internal teams may miss, leading to more efficient and defensible investigations.
This support improves safety outcomes, enhances organisational resilience, and ensures leaders meet their legal obligations while protecting staff, customers and critical assets.
